YOUNG LEADERS ARENA is a platform that is focused on engaging aspiring young leaders, business leaders, entrepreneurs, and individuals; to improve their personal lives and develop their leadership skill.

Our Vision: To create an enabling environment where all aspiring young leaders can unleash their leadership potential.

Our Mission: To provide outstanding, innovative, and leadership driven resources to advance young leaders.

The platform is designed to meet the following objectives:

(i) Contributing to the life and career path of young leaders to achieve their leadership goals.

(ii) Promoting innovative ways where young aspiring leaders can thrive in order to reach the leadership peak.

(iii) Motivating young leaders with raw facts in mentoring and coaching; in business start-up, interpersonal relationship, time management, communication, and social media marketing.

 

THE FACILITATOR

Charles Chiedu Sholokwu, B.Sc, PGDG, M.Sc, is the founder and chief editor of the award winning leadership blog- youngleadersarena.com.

The leadership blog established for two goals: educating leaders and entrepreneurs on leadership development and training young leaders to achieve next level leadership. Known for his tireless work ethic, energetic lifestyle and hands-on approach to conservative leadership,

Charles has blazed a trail of achievement across organisations, societies and missions. He served as secretary of the Students’ Forum on Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (SFEITI), an affiliate to the Nigerian Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (NEITI). He also served as the Finance manager and Publicity secretary in Agro-allied CDS group during his National Youth Service in Ekiti state.

He has led many societies and taken up voluntary courses in other to ensure a safe and better environment.

As a key member of a leadership team tasked with mobility and influencing students participation in the transparency initiative, Charles led the organisation to developing and creating the initiative in more than two institutions of higher learning.

Charles earned a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the Delta State University, Abraka. He also has a Post Graduate Diploma Certificate from the University of Port Harcourt, Port Harcourt and currently undergoing a Masters degree in Petroleum Geology from the same varsity.

He is a certified Health and Safety Executive and has consulted for the Nigerian Television Authority.
